Crater Lake Water Quality Study Act of 1993 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to: (1) continue specified studies and investigations to determine the status and trends of change of the water quality of Crater Lake in Oregon; and (2) implement actions to assure the retention of the natural pristine water quality of the Lake. Authorizes appropriations.
