To provide for expediting an investigation by the International Trade Commission by providing for the monitoring of the importation of certain kinds of tomatoes and peppers.
North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act Amendments of 1994 - Amends the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act to require the International Trade Commission to monitor imports of fresh or chilled tomatoes and peppers (other than chili peppers) suitable for fresh-market use for purposes of expediting investigations for trade relief with respect to whether such imports have been a substantial cause of serious injury, or threat thereof, to a domestic industry.
