To amend title 3 of the United States Code to provide immunity from suit for the President of the United States, and for other purposes.
Presidential Immunity Act of 1994 - Amends Federal law to grant the President immunity from civil suit for money damages during the period from the beginning of his or her term of office to 180 days after departure from office.
Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to reimburse the President or former President for attorney's fees in cases where he or she has prevailed in such civil suit.
Cites circumstances under which the appropriate court may impose sanctions upon the opposing party.
