To promote the use of vegetable oils derived from soybeans and other oilseeds in industrial products and to authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to undertake certain activities to increase domestic and export demand for such vegetable oils.
Vegetable Oil Use Promotion Act - Establishes in the Commodity Credit Corporation the Vegetable Oil Industrial Products Fund to promote industrial products containing vegetable oils from specified oilseeds.
Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to: (1) make annual estimates of vegetable oil stocks; and (2) engage in activities, including purchases, to increase vegetable oil consumption and demand if stocks exceed certain limits.
