Congressional Occupational Safety and Health Act - Requires each employing authority in the legislative branch to comply with employer duties and occupational safety and health standards under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970.
Directs the Comptroller General to procure by contract the services of an expert consultant in identification and correction of workplace safety and health hazards.
Requires biennial reports.
Limits contract authority under this Act to the extent and amounts provided in advance in appropriation Acts.
