To equalize the retired pay of persons who served during World War II as Philippine Scouts with the retired pay of other members of the Armed Forces of the United States of corresponding grades and length of service.
Philippine Scout Retirement Pay Equity Act - Directs the Secretary of the Army to redetermine the retired pay for persons who served as Philippine Scouts during World War II to bring it into conformity with retired pay of other members of the armed forces.
Directs the Secretary to make similar adjustments for benefits for survivors of such Philippine Scouts.
