To provide compensation to certain parties injured under the trade laws of the United States, and for other purposes.
Antidumping Compensation Act of 1994 - Amends the Tariff Act of 1930 to direct the International Trade Commission (ITC), with respect to the award of compensation under an antidumping duty finding or order, or countervailing duty order, to forward to the Commissioner of the United States Customs Service a list of petitioners and persons supporting the petition with respect to the dollar value of sales of the domestic like product corresponding to the merchandise that is subject to such order or finding during the last year covered by the original ITC investigation.
Requires the Commissioner to establish a special compensation account composed of all antidumping or countervailing duties, including interest, that are collected under an antidumping or countervailing duty order or finding.
