To provide for the conveyance of certain lands and improvements in Hopewell Township, Pennsylvania, to a nonprofit organization known as the "Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development" to provide a site for economic development.
Hopewell Township Investment Act of 1994 - Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to convey, by negotiated sale at fair market value, certain land in Hopewell Township, Pennsylvania, to the Beaver County Corporation for Economic Development.
States that if such conveyance is not made within 180 days after the enactment of this Act, then the Administrator may dispose of the land under surplus property provisions of the Federal Property and Administrative Services Act of 1949.
