To amend the Atlantic Striped Bass Conservation Act, and for other purposes.
Striped Bass Act of 1994 - Title I: Amendments to the Atlantic Striped Bass Conservation Act - Amends the Atlantic Striped Bass Conservation Act to extend the authorization of appropriations to carry out such Act through FY 1996.
Directs the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission to ensure public participation in the preparation of plans and amendments to plans for the management of Atlantic striped bass.
Title II: Amendments to the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act - Amends the Anadromous Fish Conservation Act to extend the authorization of appropriations for studies regarding anadromous stocks of Atlantic striped bass through FY 1997.
