Airline Cabin Air Quality Act of 1994 - Amends Federal transportation law to prohibit individuals from smoking on all scheduled airline flight segments (currently, just on certain flight segments) in interstate or intrastate air transportation.
Directs the Secretary of Transportation to require all domestic and foreign air carriers to prohibit smoking on scheduled airline flight segments within the United States or between the United States and a place outside of the United States.
