Good Neighbor Water Pollution Control Act of 1994

Good Neighbor Water Pollution Control Act of 1994 - Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to authorize the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to provide financial and other assistance to the Border Environment Cooperation Commission, any Federal, State, or local governmental entity, and the International Boundary and Water Commission, subject to appropriate conditions, for the planning, design, and construction of wastewater treatment works located in the U.S.-Mexican border area.

Authorizes appropriations.
