Interstate Ticket Resale Prohibition Act of 1994 - Amends the Federal criminal code to prohibit knowingly engaging in the resale of a ticket in or affecting interstate or foreign commerce at a price that exceeds the broker's price for the profit of any individual or entity other than a nonprofit entity.
