To prohibit the admission to the United States as refugees individuals who served in the armed forces of Iraq during the Persian Gulf conflict, and to deport any such individuals who have been so admitted.

Prohibits the refugee admission into the United States of persons who served in the Iraqi armed forces during the Persian Gulf conflict.

Revokes refugee status and provides for deportation of such persons already admitted to the United States.
