To amend the Public Health Service Act to provide for the establishment of toll-free telephone communications through which residents of rural areas can obtain information on the availability in such areas of health services.
Access to Rural Health Information Act - Amends the Public Health Service Act to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to award grants to the States to establish and operate toll-free telephone hot-line communications to provide health services information to individuals in rural areas.
Authorizes appropriations.
