Requires the General Accounting Office to review, evaluate, and report to the Congress on the medical benefits and services that are available to Members of Congress.
Requires the study to include benefits and services such as: (1) ambulance services on Capitol Hill; (2) benefits and services available through the Office of the Attending Physician; (3) use of military hospitals and outpatient clinics; and (4) any other medical benefits or services provided to individuals solely on the basis of their status as Members of Congress.
