Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to grant duty-free treatment, through November 30, 1996, of the personal effects of participants, their families and associated members, and officials, and related equipment, materials, and other specified articles not intended for sale or distribution to the public, involved in the 1994 FIFA World Cup Games, the 1994 World Rowing Championships, the 1995 Special Olympics World Games, the XXVI Summer Olympiad, and the 1996 Atlanta Paralympic Games.
