To establish a special protection unit for the Bull Run River and Little Sandy River watersheds in the Mt. Hood National Forest in the State of Oregon to maintain and protect the forest resources of the watersheds and the natural purity of the water resources of the watersheds through restrictions on timber activities in and human access into the unit.
Bull Run and Little Sandy Watershed Protection Act - Establishes the Bull Run Watershed Protection Unit in the Mt. Hood National Forest in Oregon.
Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to acquire and include additional lands based upon a required expansion study.
Directs the Secretary to protect the Unit as a drinking water supply watershed of the National Forest System.
Restricts Unit access.
Provides for related cooperation between the Secretary and Portland, Oregon, including establishment of an arbitration board.
Directs the Secretary to establish a citizen advisory committee to monitor compliance with this Act.
Provides for civil penalties and citizen suits for violations of this Act.
Authorizes appropriations.
