Social Security Privacy Act of 1994 - States that it is the policy of the Congress to restrict the use of social security numbers to purposes most directly related to social security and other social services.
Amends title II (Old Age, Survivors and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act to revise current guidelines on State and local government utilization of social security numbers, with changes generally requiring an individual's written consent before such number, or any derivative thereof, may be used for purposes of identifying the individual.
