      To terminate funds for the Office of Technology Assessment.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.

    This Act shall be cited as the ``Office of Technology Assessment 
Termination Act''.

SEC. 2. TERMINATE FUNDS FOR OFFICE OF TECHNOLOGY ASSESSMENT.

    No funds shall be appropriated for the Office of Technology 
Assessment beginning in fiscal year 1995.
