Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to revise the provision of duties on: (1) n-(phosphonomethyl) glycine, including preparations containing such compound; (2) phosphonomethyliminodiacetic acid; and (3) aminomethane phosphonic acid and their salts and esters.
