Environmentally Advanced Technologies Education Act - Requires the Director of the Office of Research and Development of the Environmental Protection Agency to develop and support programs to improve understanding of the relationships between technology and the environment, including information on: (1) relations between economic activity and the environment; and (2) systems which encompass resource extraction or introduction, transformation, consumption, recycling, and disposal, and the energy and resources consumed and the value-yielding results. Requires such programs to include, at a minimum, the development of educational materials and the training of students and educational professionals.
