John F. Kennedy Center Act Amendments of 1994 - Amends the John F. Kennedy Center Act to transfer operating responsibilities for the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts from the Secretary of the Interior to the Center's Board of Trustees.
Revises provisions for Board membership, duties, powers, officers and employees, reviews, audits, and claims. Sets forth collective bargaining requirements with respect to theatrical employees.
Authorizes appropriations.
