Environmental Technology Demonstration Act of 1993 - Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to establish a program to demonstrate the performance of environmental technologies at Federal laboratories and other Federal facilities.
Makes U.S. companies and small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and institutions of higher education eligible to carry out demonstration projects, as well as other organizations that the Administrator considers appropriate.
