To amend title 11 of the United States Code to increase, for the purpose of giving priority in bankruptcy, the dollar amount of unsecured claims of consumers who made deposits with the debtor.

Amends Federal bankruptcy law with respect to the sixth level of claim priority to increase from $900.00 to $2,000.00 the amount of allowed unsecured claims of individual consumers arising from the deposits made before commencement of the case in bankruptcy.
