Fountain Darter Captive Propagation Research Act of 1993 - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to establish a fountain darter captive propagation research program: (1) to be operated in a manner that is consistent with the San Marcos Recovery Plan for San Marcos River endangered and threatened species; and (2) carry out specified activities at the San Marcos National Fish Hatchery and Technology Center and at Texas A&M University. Authorizes appropriations.
