To amend title 18, United States Code, to modify the penalties for certain passport and visa related offenses.
Passport and Visa Offenses Penalties Improvement Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal criminal code to increase penalties for passport and visa-related offenses.
Sets a maximum term of imprisonment for specified passport and visa-related offenses of: (1) 15 years, if committed to facilitate a drug trafficking crime; and (2) 20 years, if committed to facilitate an act of international terrorism. Provides for the civil forfeiture of property used in committing such an offense or an offense involving forgery or false use of a passport or fraud and misuse of visas, permits, and other documents.
