To amend title 10, United States Code, to revise the requirements for eligibility under chapter 67 of that title for receipt of retired pay for nonregular service in the Armed Forces.
Military Reserve Retirement Fairness Act - Removes as a requirement for eligibility for military retired pay based on nonregular service the condition that the last eight years of such service were not performed as a member of a regular armed forces component, the Fleet Reserve, or the Fleet Marine Corps Reserve.
