Smokeless Tobacco Consumption Reduction and Education Act of 1993 - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to increase the excise tax on snuff and chewing tobacco equivalent to that on small cigarettes.
Establishes in the Treasury the Smokeless Tobacco Education and Prevention Trust Fund. Requires ten percent of the net increase in revenues received by reason of this Act to be transferred to such Fund. Makes the Fund available for programs of public education regarding the risks of smokeless tobacco and other programs to reduce the consumption of smokeless tobacco.
