Authorizes the Attorney General to make grants to the Disabled Police Officers Counseling Center, Inc., Brandywine, Maryland, to assist the Center in providing free services to retired disabled police officers and such officers' immediate family members.
Sets forth: (1) restrictions on the use of funds; and (2) application requirements. Authorizes appropriations.
