Credit Union Community Development Enhancement Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal Credit Union Act to authorize appropriations for the Community Development Revolving Fund.
Authorizes the National Credit Union Administration Board to: (1) invest idle moneys in Federal Treasury securities; and (2) exercise the authority granted it by the Community Development Credit Union Revolving Fund Transfer Act.
