A BILL
To amend the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to terminate
political action committees in Federal office elections.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
TITLE I--TERMINATION OF POLITICAL ACTION COMMITTEES (PAC'S) ACTIVITIES
IN FEDERAL ELECTIONS
(a) Amendment.--The Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971, title
III, is amended by placing at the end the section below:
``termination of political action committees (pac's)
``Sec. 324. (a) No person other than a political committee or an
individual may solicit, make, or receive contributions, or make
expenditures for the purpose of influencing a Federal election.''.
