Amends the White House Conference on Small Business Authorization Act to: (1) extend to between May 1 and September 30, 1995, the authorized period for conducting a National Conference on Small Business; (2) extend through March 1, 1994, the authorized period for conducting State conferences on such subject; (3) direct the President to select and appoint the 11 individuals to the White House Conference on Small Business Commission within 30 days after enactment of this Act; and (4) increase the authorization of appropriations to carry out the purposes of such Act.
