To extend until January 1, 1998, certain previously existing temporary duty suspensions.

Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1997, the suspension of duty on: (1) 2-ethylanthraquinone; (2) rhodamine 2C base; (3) acid black 210 powder and presscake; (4) pigment red 178; (5) pigment red 149 dry and pigment red 149 presscake; and (6) isoindolemine red pigment.
