Green Technology Promotion Act of 1993 - Amends the Stevenson-Wydler Technology Innovation Act of 1980 to require Regional Centers for the Transfer of Manufacturing Technology to conduct energy efficiency and source reduction assessments for client companies.
Authorizes eligible government and private sector organizations that are engaged in technology or manufacturing extension activities to apply for Manufacturing Outreach Center designation.
