Jena Band of Choctaw Indians of Louisiana Confirmation Act - Confirms and extends Federal recognition and associated services and benefits to the Jena Band of Choctaw of Louisiana.
Directs that the Tribe be governed by an Interim Council until the Secretary of the Interior, upon the written request of the Council, conducts an election to adopt a constitution for the Tribe, and for the election of tribal officials.
Directs the Secretary of the Interior to negotiate an economic development plan with the Tribe.
