Directs the Secretary of the department in which the Coast Guard is operating to convey to the Washington State Parks and Recreation Commission property comprising one or more of the Cape Disappointment Lighthouse, North Head Lighthouse, and Point Wilson Lighthouse.
Reverts such conveyed property to the United States if it or any part thereof ceases to be: (1) used as a center for public benefit for the interpretation and preservation of maritime history; or (2) maintained in a manner that ensures its present or future use as a Coast Guard aid to navigation or that is consistent with the provisions of the National Historic Preservation Act of 1966.
