PAC Limitation Act of 1993 - Amends the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 to: (1) reduce the ceiling on multicandidate political committee (PAC) contributions to candidates in Federal elections; and (2) limit PAC contribution amounts to House of Representatives candidates.
