To amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to allow a deduction for social security taxes imposed on wages paid for dependent care services in the home.

Amends the Internal Revenue Code to allow individuals a deduction for the social security taxes imposed on wages paid for dependent care services. Allows such deduction in computing adjusted gross income.
