To amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to provide for the expedited consideration of certain proposed congressionally approved amendments to the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
Expedited Consideration of Proposed Revenue Amendments Act of 1993 - Amends the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 to allow the President, not later than three days after the enactment of a law amending the Internal Revenue Code, to propose the repeal of any provision contained in that law by special message to the Congress.
Sets forth House and Senate procedures for expedited consideration of such a proposal.
