Voting Rights of Homeless Citizens Act of 1993 - Prohibits the imposition or application by any State or political subdivision or any standard, practice, procedure, or qualification or prerequisite to voting to deny or abridge the right of any U.S. citizen to vote because that citizen resides at or in a non-traditional abode.
Authorizes the Attorney General to commence a civil action or an aggrieved citizen to institute a proceeding under this Act for injunctive relief against a violation of such provision.
