Amends the Family and Medical Leave Act of 1993 (Public Law 103-3) to repeal an exemption concerning highly compensated employees. (Under such exemption an employer could deny restoration of equivalent employment status upon return from family or medical leave to such highly compensated employees under certain circumstances.)
