To improve coordination of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Great Lakes activities.
National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Great Lakes Improvements Act - Establishes a Great Lakes Office of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration in the District of Columbia area to promote and coordinate Administration research, monitoring, and assessment work in the Great Lakes region consistent with Great Lakes Water Quality Agreement goals.
Establishes reporting requirements subject to the availability of appropriations.
Authorizes appropriations through FY 1998.
