Assaults Against Children Act of 1994 - Amends the Federal criminal code to make a simple assault punishable by: (1) a fine, imprisonment for not more than one year, or both, if the victim of the assault is an individual under age 16; and (2) a fine, imprisonment for up to three months, or both, in any other case. (Current law makes such offense punishable by a fine of not more than $300, imprisonment for not more than three months, or both.)
Makes an assault resulting in substantial bodily injury to an individual under age 16 punishable by a fine, imprisonment for up to five years, or both.
Subjects any Indian who commits an assault against another Indian who has not attained age 16 to the same law and penalties as all other persons committing such offense within the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States.
