Doubles the maximum period (from 26 weeks to 52 weeks) for which individuals are eligible for unemployment assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, if they are unemployed as a result of a major disaster occurring after July 31, 1992, and on or before the enactment of this Act.
