Universal Student Nutrition Act of 1993 - Amends the National School Lunch Act to establish an optional universal school lunch and breakfast program.
Requires that the Secretary of Agriculture's minimum nutritional requirements for the current school lunch and school breakfast programs be prescribed in accordance with the Dietary Guidelines for Americans developed by the Department of Agriculture.
Amends the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 to require that grants to States for nutrition education and information be based on a rate of 50 cents for each child enrolled in schools or institutions in the State.
