To direct the Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration to issue regulations to require individuals conducting weapon screenings of passengers in air transportation to notify law enforcement officers of discoveries of controlled substances and/or sums of money in excess of $10,000 in accordance with applicable Federal guidelines.
