To amend the Job Training Partnership Act to establish a Job and Life Skills Improvement program to provide comprehensive services to youth and young adults living in high poverty areas in cities and rural areas of the United States.
Job and Life Skills Improvement Act of 1993 - Amends the Job Training Partnership Act to authorize the Secretary of Labor to establish a national program of Job and Life Skills Improvement grants to eligible entities to pay the Federal share of providing comprehensive services to youth and young adults in high poverty urban and rural areas.
