Constitutional Amendment - Establishes a four-year term of office for Members of the House of Representatives following the next reapportionment of Representatives.
Requires Districts for the elections of Representatives of each State to be numbered consecutively corresponding to the number of Representatives to which such State is entitled.
Requires a Representative who officially declares candidacy for another elected office of which the term begins before his or her term as Representative ends to resign from the office of Representative.
