A resolution calling for the termination of the arms embargo imposed on Bosnia-Hercegovina and Croatia.

Expresses the sense of the Senate that the President should immediately call for an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council for the purpose of terminating, with regard to Bosnia-Hercegovina and Croatia, the arms embargo imposed on all states in the former Yugoslavia pursuant to Security Council Resolution 713.
