Amends the Standing Rules of the Senate to conform the following rules to recent changes made to Federal law: (1) rule XXXVI, outside earned income; (2) rule XXXV, gifts; (3) rule XXXVII, conflict of interest; (4) rule XXXVIII, prohibition of unofficial office accounts; (5) rule XLI, political fund activity; and (6) rule XLII, employment practices.
